Old business:
Tim is going to place notices on mailboxes about the field on the west side of our property being available as an area for children to play, instead of in the streets and around parked cars.
Letters will be going out to homeowners with brick problems about the need to have them fixed and also to those whose doors are not painted or the wrong color. Have waited until now to send them out since it is now spring and this type of work can be done now.
New Business:
We had a very good discussion about getting started with our plans to begin working on a playground. Our first step will be to survey the field to make sure we will not be digging into any drain fields or etc.
Talked about putting this project into our yearly budget until we are able to complete the project. Jennifer said that since we might have some leftover from our Snow removal budget this year that we could use this to get started.
This year we will start with a basic swing with three swings and possibly a picnic table for parents to have a place to sit. Amanda will be getting a detailed price including installation.

Tim will be checking on signage for the playground. Such as “PLAY AT OWN RISK” or “SUPERVISED PLAY AREA”.
Elizabeth, will be getting paint so that we can paint the fire hydrants in the near future.
We also discussed plans for the upcoming yearly HOA meeting coming up in May. Board member will be supplying refreshments.
We also decided that we all needed to share with our neighbors the need to lock their cars at all times since we have had some break ins recently. Any suspicious activity should be reported to the sheriffs office and let them check out the situation, especially in the wee hours of the morning.
